How to rename the "Edit row" and "Remove row" helptexts in a Multi row variable set?

we have a multi-row variable set and we would like to rename the "Edit row" and "Remove row" help texts (as shown below).

Any ideas how we can change these help texts?

It should be done through DOM Manipulation, if you are ok with using DOM manipulation I can provide you the script for the same.
