How to replace Submit button in catalog wizard with another Ui action in Ui builder?

Hi guys,

I am trying to show the submit button in the top right corner only after the Continue to review and submit button has been clicked by the user, in the Ui Builder Catalog wizard form.

Could anyone help me out on this?
