Hi @Snehal13 ,
Do you wanna show the reports in dashboard or export the report as CSV or you tryna achieve this in Perfomance Analytics?
Not able to understand these two lines. Can you please share more info?

Hello @Snehal13
Check if your organization has Performance Analytics functionality (Plugins) enabled.
PA suits best for these kind of requirements.
Plesse mark the answer as helpful and correct if helped.
Kind Regards,
Ravi

Hi @Snehal13 ,
You can report based on the incidet_sla database view. So just add your conditions to the report with "SLA breached is true".
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution and give a thumb up.
best regards
Anders

Where can I find this database view option under ServiceNow OOB reporting ? I only see either data source or table in selection at step1 of report creation
