I opted for a diff path - Used OOB data source task Breached SLA and filtered only by incidents to get SLA breach on them. All is set

Hi @Snehal13
--> Table: Incident SLA [task_sla].
-->add your conditions to the report with "SLA breached is true".
--> choose last 3 month
If you found my response helpful, I would greatly appreciate it if you could mark it as "Accepted Solution" and "Helpful."
Your support not only benefits the community but also encourages me to continue assisting. Thank you so much!
