I see that some SLA records are complete skipped. Why are these so ?

Which table to refer  - task_sla or incident_sla or something else

I understand that one incident might have multiple sla attached so what is best way to report on sla breach on incidents for a given month?

Please guide with table, filters abd right grouping

Hi @Snehal13

Refer to task_sla table only. You can use condition as breach = True and then group by = Type or task
