how to resize icons in related lists.

Related items icons showing too big on server form. I do not know what caused this change.

How can we resize the icons to their original size?

Hi @Hrishabh Kumar ,

This is weird!!

ou can only do it using DOM Manipulation. But that is not recommended by ServiceNow and they will not support it.

 

So in other word they there is not way to increase size of those icons.

You can try clearing the browser cache and instance cache (cache.do), if that helps else cerate a support case with ServiceNow.

did "cache.do" in navigation search. But still no change.

Is there a way to alter the size of these icons?

Hi @Hrishabh Kumar Were you able to resolve this? We are also facing same issue in one of our instances and we haven't made any changes that could have caused this

Update system property "glide.ui.js_includes" Value to true.
