I am trying to use my Tokyo PDI to build an app, but there is a banner that reads: "App Engine Studio is not installed on this instance. You can install App Engine Studio by activating the plugin on your instance"
I have painstakingly followed all the steps in the documentation. I have successfully installed and updated App Engine Studio and loaded demo data, and yet I'm still getting the message that App Engine Studio is not installed. Am I doing something wrong, or is it a bug? Once again, I have completely and successfully installed App Engine Studio.
Please see screenshots. Is there something else that needs to be done?

Hi @Keerthu_S , No. this has not been resolved. This is a bug and the banner is still appearing. I've tried the suggestions in this thread (Including just waiting for several weeks) and I've also used 4 different browsers, cleared my cache, recycled my login, uninstalled and re-installed APP Engine Studio, and a few other things. Nothing works. I'm able to use the Engine, but the banner will not go away. I don't think it ever will unless maybe I release my PDI and apply for a new one? But I'm not going to do that. All I can do is ignore the error banner.

Hi Lucky25,
In the ServiceNow NavBar search, search for: Applications-->ALL
In the applications list, search for "app engine studio" then SCROLL DOWN. Keep scrolling until you see "App Engine Studio"
Then click "Install\Update All" and when the dialog window opens for confirmation, you have the option of also checking the "Load Demo Data" box.
The app takes several minutes to install, and as far as I know, that's all you need to do.

Hi @MH_Vent and @Community Alums , Thanks for replying . I am new learner for service now. I am unable to identify the setting that you mention. I logged into the developer.servicenow.com and can only see the banner message stating "pp Engine Studio is not installed on this instance. You can install App Engine Studio by activating the plugin on your instance . When tried to click start building it opens this page "You need a valid App Engine Studio license to continue working." .
