During the initial implementation of our company portal ,default Service Now Self-service portal (/sp) was lost.

Now,It's highly required to get it back to test integrations of OOTB components into our company service portal

Please advise me how to restore the default service portal(/sp) .

Hi Priyanka,

I do see the 'Employee Self Service' under Sites.

Also, I do not need to build custom portal on OOB one, but just need to get it back it to test integrations of OOTB components into Custom Service portal

What steps should be followed for the same?

Is Import the only way to do so? Please suggest if there is any other way for achieving this.
