How to restrict access to the ServiceNow mobile app (by users or devices)?

Hi there, we're aware we can see what users are using the mobile app via the 'Mobile devices' module but is it possible to allow only certain devices or users to access the app (as the app is not configured properly for our instance currently)?

you can restrict the login access to the mobile app by roles, try the solution below:

  • In order to limit the users to access the application click on the user icon to set the list of users to access the application in Service-now Agent app for accessing the applications. In the permissions window, use the slush bucket to add or remove the roles that can see the application in the mobile app.

Hi Priyanka, thanks for this but I'm not quite following, where should I be seeing the relevant roles slush-bucket sorry?

Hi actually this feature is available during the creation of an application in studio under mobile app feature so after creation of application only it is available in the mobile view.
