How to Restrict Empty Spaces from List View

Hello All,

We want to restrict GroupA Catalog Tasks to GroupB and GroupB Catalog Tasks to GroupA.

For that we Created ACLs, its working as expected but it's showing empty spaces for restricted records in the List View.

For GroupA Members GroupB tasks showing empty and for GroupB Members GroupA tasks showing empty.

Please check the attached screenshot

We tried with Before Query BR and it cause some issue in the backend because of that we created ACLs.

Could you please suggest how we can restrict the empty records in the list view for GroupA and GroupB Members?

What you are describing is something that we've been trying to get ServiceNow to change for years without success. 

I've used Before Query business rules to get around that.  Since I built those, Data Filtration has become available.  You might look to that as an easier way to ge the same result.
