Hi team,
I have an existing knowledge base with some “ can read” criteria . Now I have to restrict the knowledge base to only some “admin team “ . J modified the “ can read “ criteria to that admin . But eventhough with this the outside people are able to read the knowledge base . How to restrict this ?

Firstly, review your permissions settings. Make sure that only the admin team has the "can read" access to your knowledge base articles. Sometimes, there could be conflicting permissions that need sorting out.
check you've properly assigned the "can read" criteria to the admin team's role using Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) in ServiceNow.
For added assurance, use audit trail feature to track changes and identify any potential issues with permissions. This could provide valuable insights into where things might be slipping through the cracks.
