How to restrict the fields basis of the in every update and when time worked is 00:00:00.

Hi,

 

1.When I creating incident the time worked it is showing always 00:00:00 and form fields also restricted like once before you updating the ticket please start the Time worked timer and fill the fields that much I am restricted that is working.

2.Here I am facing the issue is Once time is started, and filled the fields and save the form that duration is calculated for example 5 sec and again showing the time worked is 00:00:05 and along with 00:00:00 as showing in the below screensort. so then I need after also it should restrict When the time is total time and along with 00:00:00 when I am save/submit the same form. 

I have wrote client script for that first point and I need script for second point.

Can anyone help on this. It will be helpful.

Can you try by uncheck (inactive) the isolate script.

Can you suggest any alternative or any script for that to solve this problem. It will be helpful.
