How to restrict the 'Settings' button in the Compliance Workspace -> Issue Overview

Hi,

I need to restrict the Settings button on the Compliance Workspace --> Issue Overview form to grc admins only.  At this moment, it is visible to grc managers as well.  But the customer would like to ban all users from accessing this button except for GRC admins.  Can you please send in the steps to do so?  Please follow the steps in the file attached to locate that button.   Thanks,
