How to restrict the users from approving or rejecting inside related lists in custom form

I have been trying to restrict the access of users from approving from related lists inside the custom form , users should only approve or reject by using ui action button only . this is the requirement. can anyone suggest how should restrict them from approving through related lists

The approval / rejection from the list is a UI Action. So right click and choose configure UI Actions. You can try deactivating the ones with list action set to true.
