How to send a report via notification

Hi team,

 

We have a requirement, to send a report to particular group when a record is created in CMDB task table. I checked scheduled report, but here cannot specify condition like when record is inserted. Do we have any option with email script to attach a report in email? or any ways to trigger a scheduled report via business rule?

What kind of report do you need to send? It sounds weird to send a report, based on the insert of a record. What is the content of the report?
