You can do this by navigating to reports -> Scheduled Reports.
you can a report and call the report in scheduled reports

Your question seems incomplete — do you mean Manager of what? Group Manager, Assigned To's Manager, or Caller's Manager?
Based on that, you can create a report, and from the report, you can schedule email notifications.
Also, what type of email are you planning to send?
