How to send an email using REST API

The REST Email API has two methods. One to send a new email and one for retrieving record from email log.

I could not make the send API work. Do you know how to use it?

I am using an admin user to do this and through REST API Explorer.

I am also getting "The content you requested cannot be displayed right now. It may be temporarily unavailable, the link you clicked on may have expired, or you may not have permission to view this page." same issue any update? or a new link? I cant tag a person anymore?
