How to send email notification when KB article is created from catalog item

Hello Everyone,

Hope you're all doing great!

I have created a catalog item and when a request is submitted through that catalog item, KB article is created automatically.

Now we need to send notification to the requestor that KB Article is created with the KB Article number.

How can I achieve this, Can someone help me out in this.

Hi @Ruthika0319 

In Flow designer, you can use the Action, email or notification and there you can add the To / CC  and KB number.
