How to set a Short Description to Ask for approval in flow designer

Hi Everyone,
I wanted to know what are the different ways to attach a Short Description to an "Ask for Approval" action in Flow Designer.Approval reason is there in flow but not visible in front end.

There is a field on the approval table named approval_reason that shows the value from the same field in the Flow Designer action.  You may need to add this field to your form or list layout if you are not currently seeing it.

I couldn't find the Short Description field on sysapproval_approver table

you can't set the comments as well.

I agree with what @Brad Bowman  said, you can set the Approval Reason field in "Ask for Approval" flow action and add the Approval Reason field on form view so that your approvers can see that
