How to set contact as the user field in the trigger condition of survey for a case type

I need to set the contact field of the newly created case type in the trigger condition of a survey but its unavailable for selection. The field opened by is available but this will not help in scenario where it was raised for another person. Opened by and contact can be different. How to do this ?

the OOTB survey trigger condition on Case table already has Contact user selected in the User field so that the survey can be taken by Contact user

The issue is I am not able to select the contact in the trigger condition. If you see in the attached screenshot , the contact field isn't selectable. The fields that are selectable appear in blue.

Need to add the customer_contact to the User Field attribute
