you are applying filter on Parent Product Model table and the ones you highlighted are child tables of this table
So basically it gives you the ability to add filter based on fields from child table
So you cannot remove that from the drop down, it's OOTB behavior

Read ACLs are the only way to limit field selection from reports. If the user cannot read the field for ANY of the records in the table, the field selection will be removed.
