How to set different short descriptions for catalog items based on the roles

Hi,
In my company one of the catalog item shows different short descriptions based on roles.
For ex: For Non ITIL users the short description is showing different to ITIL uses.
Its showing without open the request form as well,
How it possible?

Hi @bhargavi143
My knowledge say it is not possible, but what you can do create 2 separate Catalog item and change the short description and put the user criteria as per role.
