How to set or modify the Survey Expiration Date

Hi,

Do anyone have any idea about how the Survey expiration Date is set.I have set the Scheduled Period as Weekly but still the Survey which was triggered today around 12:30 P.M. IST got expired when I checked the survey link around 21:00 P.M. IST.

Can anyone let me know how to fix this?

Hi,

Open the Survey in Survey Designer. Under Configuration tab you need to change the value of Duration as per your need.

The solution suggested by you doesn't work for me..

The Duration I have given as 14 Days and the Schedule Period is set as Weekly. But when the user clicks on the survey link it shows as expired.

Hi,

Can you please trigger a survey and then navigate to Assessment > Assessment instance > All. Find the Survey you just generated and see what date is set in due date column.
