how to set record producer catalog form in ESC Portal on Homepage

Hi Community,

 

Currently, we have placed the 'High severity portal' Record Producer form on the header menu of the ESC Portal, as shown below

We need to remove the 'High Severity (SEV1 - SEV2) Portal' from the Application menu item and instead place it below the Homepage.

Please help me with the steps to add the 'High Severity (SEV1 - SEV2) Portal' in the above location
