How to set the variables used in 'Ticket Fields' widget, the options which are populated by this function $sp.getvariablesarray()?

Hello, 


I am trying to display the variables of one record producer into 'Ticket Fields' widget.
I searched for articles or official documentation about $sp.getvariablesarray() function, and from what I understood the variables related to record producer should be displayed automatically in the widget, when I create them in the record producer itself.
For my tests, I used the same widget for Incident table on 'ticket' page in the CSM portal and the options were displayed.
But, in the same portal (CSM), I am not able to display these options into a custom record producer. 
Is there any setting in the variables of the record producer which I need to set in order to display the options or is the above function actually populated from this variables?

I have to say that the situation I was dealing with has disappeared.
I did not make any changes at all. Just log out & log back in.


Please consider this tread as inactive, as I am not facing problems anymore.
