Hi @WANG HONG BAO 
You can set the property glide.sc.va.render_type.legacy to true, which will render all non-conversational catalog items in the configured portal in a new tab.

May I know how did you displayed the AI Suggestion result card? I already enabled all the skills available, including Q&A Genius Results.
