Please tell me two things about how to set up the workspace layout.
①Where can I edit the record information on the right side of the capture?
(For example, I want to remove the display of Contacts and Timeline.)
②Where can I edit the purple bar icon on the right side of the capture?
(For example, I want to remove the response template icon.)

① It depends on the Form View.
You're looking into the CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace, so most probably the view is Workspace [workspace].
So if you'd like to apply to everyone, you can configure the form layout to remove these fields Contacts and Timeline.
And if you'd like to remove for yourself, you can personalize the form.
Then when you get back to the workspace, it should be disappear.
