How to set time zone to Indian Standard Timings in a Date/Time field.

Hi,

I am working on a form, where I would be requiring a Date/Time field. But the default value it's taking is of Pacific Standard timezone.How do I change this timezone to Indian Standard Time.

Hi @M Krishna Chai1 ,

Servicenow does not have default IST option. To do that, you have to enable it manually. PFB the screenshot of how to do it.
Search for Basic Configuration UI16 in the application navigator and head to this screen

Now click on "Configure available time zone" and head to this screen where you will have two buckets. Available and Selected.

In the available bucket, click on any one option and search Asia/Kolkata. Double click on that. Make sure it is the the selected bucket.
Now save and check if you have the option for that.
