How to set to address in email scripts?

Hi,

I need to set the To address using email notification scripts. I am able to set the cc using email.addAdress('cc','email','name') but not to.

How can I achieve this?

From where you are triggering the email notification.


Is it from workflow or from business rule.

I am setting the condition from Notifications itself. No Business rule and not from workflow


I have a question,   Are you trying to use the external email ID which are not any one of the SNOW users email ID?

Hi Alvatindra,



So you have email notification created.


You can set the recipient in notification as well. There is Who will receive tab there you can give user to whom it has to be sent.
