How to setup email encryption in ServiceNow

How to setup email encryption in ServiceNow. When ever an email is sent from notes/outlook ServiceNow is not recognizing the inbound email action to create an incident/request if the email is encrypted.

I am looking for a solution where I can send an encrypted email so that the ServiceNow recognize the email and decrypt it to create a ticket. This logic applies the same when we try to send an email using the email option in ServiceNow.

Please suggest me how to proceed further on this. Thanks.

I referred to that but the video says it is only for task tables and encrypting a field but there is no mention on the email encryption

Hmmm . . . the overview says: Encrypt regardless of whether the logged-in user has the appropriate context, or if a user is logged in at all (ie - Inbound email or web services entry).

Hey all - Thanks for the shout-out Michael! Unfortunately, the original poster is correct that Easy Encryption will not help here. EE will take an inbound email and then encrypt fields on the created record. However, the ability to accept an encrypted email, be able to decrypt it, and then run inbound actions - that's a platform level issue that I don't have an answer for. ServiceNow does take advantage of opportunistic TLS encryption and can decrypt that fine. I'm unsure what type of encryption the poster is referring to. At any rate, this would likely be a platform functionality issue for the product dev team.
