How to setup universal request?

We need to setup universal request for catalog items and record producers. when ever we create a request from catalog item or record producer along with request, universal request should also create.

Hi @Yousaf 

I've record producer and I'm trying to checked true for "UR Certified" field. But, I can't able to make that field as true. Because, if it is checked true then only the Record Producer will create Universal request right?

Please let me know what are all configurations required for make that field as true.
