Hi,

I have a Reference variable on my catalog item. When the user click and try to search he sees the column 'Created'.
I want to show a different column but its not working, what should I do?

Hi Alon,

Looks like the table this is referencing has no Display Value Set, Or the Display Value is created field.

You can change that to the field you want to show here.

Navigate to Dictionary -> Search by table name & Display = true

Clear the display field from Created and set it to true to the field you weant to show.

PS. This will be change the display value of this table , so any where this table will be used or referenced it will show the new display value.

Also , Make sure only 1 field has Display = true for a table.

If your display field is correct

Then you may just need to change the list layout to show more fields.

Click on the reference field as admin -> on the list right click on the header -> Configure -> List Layout.

Send set the columns as needed.
