Hi @Devika follow these steps
- Browse to this report and open that report for editing.
- From the report record, click the Sharing icon on the report form. This is found in the upper right corner of the report display.
3.From the menu that appears, select the option titled Share.
4.The Sharing settings dialog window will appear in which group and user assignment can be performed.
- Select the radio button titled "Everyone" if this option is not already selected.
Click the OK button
- Mark as New
- Bookmark

Hi @Devika ,
I have share two method :
*Method 1: Using a Scheduled Report
1. Create the report in ServiceNow.
2. Click the *Schedule* tab.
3. Set the *Schedule* and *Frequency* of the report.
4. Select the *Audience* and *Distribution Options*.
5. Add the email addresses of the recipients.
6. Click *Save*.
*Method 2: Using the Share button
1. Open the report in ServiceNow.
2. Click the *Share* button in the top right corner.
3. Select the *Recipient types* and enter the email addresses of the recipients.
4. Select the *Access* level (Read or Read/Write).
5. Click *Send Share Invitation*.
Use any one method for sending report to everyone

This will only share it to everyone with the ITL role isn't it? What if I want to share a report to every colleagues in the organisation in an external place or in the portal of ServiceNow?

why would i not have an "Everyone" option?
