How to show activities(filtered) on a form in the Service portal?

Hi All,

I want to show the comments,work notes   ..etc in the activity filter in service portal form.

Can any one help on this?

Hello Karthik,

I don't know how exactly we replicate activities(filtered) but I have work around for this. There is a widget named "Ticket conversations". You can add this widget to a page where your form resides.

Below is the screenshot:

This will allow you to replicate some functionality as activities(filtered)
