You can do something like this 

Right click on the field and click on configure label as below:

Then provide the field hint as shown below:

It did not solve my issue however I got the solution as below :
Click on : User Menu > Preferences > Display.

Hi,

Click on : User Menu > Preferences > Display

2. right click on the field label and click configure dictionary then go down and click on labels tab and choose the record and update your hint statement.
