How to show org table records in a ui page in employee center in based on person who opened the page

Suppose abel tuter opened the page ,

if abel tuter name matches the requested for field in table You should show those records  numbers in the page. If we click on the number   it should show the whole record.(i.e all fields data in that record)

Please help me how can i achieve this task

There should be a button like this (i.e screenshot 518.png) present in employee center .

If we click the button It should show all the records of the person who clicked . (i.e screenshot(519)).
