additionally, can this be hidden based on particular condition?

You want to add condition on Incident record or user visiblity?

I wanted to show related list option for a particular group.. if the hr case assignment group is 'XYZ', then only show related icon should be visible, for other group the show related should be hidden

yes, i wanted to show related list in case form. I was think if this could be achieved by CS, but i guess the answer is No.

It not easy, if you want to show only case for a particular assignment group which is currently on case form.

 

I think there is gap of our understanding
