How to show related KB articles on portal based on a particular field's value

I want if end user tries to raise an incident from portal and then we have one string field there and on the bases of the value user puts in that field some related KB article should be auto populated there, just like we have the same functionality on platform like if we put anything on short description field then related articles gets visible below.
Please suggest how can we do the same on portal.
