How to show resolution code pop up when incident resolved.

Hi,

Can anyone help on how to show 'resolution code and resolution notes' as a pop up when we resolve the incident from service operations workspace view.

I checked on my PDI, OOB it works fine.

Hi Ankur,

I checked the below attached ui page in both instances (pdi and dev) it looks same.

Is it the right one I'm looking into or something else.
