Hello,
I want custom form variable to be appear as per user selection on service portal, like when we raise a RITM so variable appear on task as per user selection, the same way I want variables to be appear on custom table.
I have created a custom application called finance operations and in that created two table one for request that is finance queries and another is finance task, on finance queries variables are appearing as per user selection but finance task it is not coming up as per user selection.
Can anyone help here?
workaround which didn't help- tried to created an UI policy on table but not working
