How to show Views only based on the assignment group and default to users ?

Hi All,

The requirement is to show the views as per assignment groups, Change category type. 

There are inputs/suggestions on community to go with Business Rules, ACL's or View rules.

Which is the correct approach to implement it?

Best approach could be view rule.
