Provide instructions on how to specifically write comments for a user who has been assigned a Incident?
Scenario:
1.incident and sys journal field 2 tables .
2.shall i create database view?
3.only comments which are entered by assigned to on incident should come in report.
Please help me on above scenario.

Hi,
Worknotes should be visible to agents or whoever the ticket is assigned to.
Comments are for end users.
Can you check if you have any field level ACL on work notes in Your instance.
