How to stop notification to the user who added comment via external portal

Hi,

 

There is a requirement like our serviceNow is integrated with the external portal. Whenever any user added comment via portal in serviceNow it's updated with the name as portal. 

I need to find out the user name who added that comment and to stop sending notification to that particular user.

Could you please assist.
