How to stop opening virtual agent chat bot window automatically when after esc page loading , it should open only when user clicks manually

Hi there @Balakrishna_ABK 

I think you can disable the autolaunch, 

navigate to Virtual Agent > Administration > Virtual Agent Configuration.

  •  find the settings related to the auto-launch feature. This might be under a section like "Chat Settings" or "User Experience, not sure ill have a look at my PDI and confirm later, if it doesnt work lemme know.
  • Look for an option Auto-launch Chat.
  • Uncheck this option to prevent the chat window from opening automatically when the page loads.
