Since updating to London release, personal instance is hibernating while in use. For example, I am creating an Incident then error message appears related to connection (ServiceNow PI only, work instances not effected). Logging into Developers instance shows Instance hibernating.
Any trick for London Release to stop personal instance from hibernating while in use?
Cheers,
Lon

Hi Lon,
You can prevent an instance from hibernating as long as there is some activity. Activity is measured by conducting developer-type activities on your instance. Creating an application, creating a table, adding a field to a table, or adding a script include are all examples of activity that counts towards keeping your instance. If you are wondering about an activity and if it counts as an activity, select the "Refresh status" action on the My Instancepage. This updates the inactivity counter. On the My Instance page, there is an "Extend instance" button that will reset the inactivity timer as well, so that you can continue to use your instance.
