How to submit a ticket to the ServiceNow Developer Program Team

I am doing a course module on the developer platform where there is an article that is not marking itself as checked when I progress through it. As a result, the module is marked as 96% complete, even though I have completed it. And therefore the course only registers that I have finished 2 out of 3 modules.
I submitted a ticket with the NowLearning team, but they could not help me and directed me to the ServiceNow Developer Program Team, asking me to send an email to developer@servicenow.com . I have sent multiple emails without a response.
How do I submit a ticket to the ServiceNow Developer Program Team and get someone to help sort this issue out?
Note: The reason why the NowLearning team cannot help is because this course is on the Developer platform, not the NowLearning platform.
