I Completed the CIS-ITSM course in Vancouver version currently have to appear for exam in Washington version.

will there be any difference in the exam questions??

I recently completed the CIS - ITSM exam for Washington version and I didn't saw any difference in the exam questions. Though, I still read the release notes for the Washington Version before appearing for the exam just to avoid surprises. first of all, congratulations on your CSA - done. In relation to ITSM, then the best recommendation is to follow and understand the recommended training provided by ServiceNow. This should be more than enough to also pass the ITSM exam.
