I want to test 'Triage and categorize ITSM incidents' AI workflow for existing production data of one month & compare results with existing manually updated fields.
I did xml of incident data from Prod to test environment but unable to find how to update those bulk records at once using 'Triage and categorize ITSM incidents' workflow.
Any suggestion ?
