How to track per user licenses for Business stakeholders

hello All,

I want to track business stakeholder license usage.

I know we can do it by adding groups to subscription groups but can i make 1 group(xyz) , and whenever user ges a business stakeholder group he gets added to the xyz group automatically instead of adding the groups every time a new group is added with business stakeholder role

The business stakeholder license count is determined by the number of unique users assigned with the Business Stakeholder role or Business Stakeholder Type role(Eg:Approver_user). If a user is having both Business Stakeholder role and a fulfillment role(Eg:ITIL/Admin) then only one license will be consumed either under Business Stakeholder or Fulfillment Subscript

I know how license consumption works, ServiceNow has changed the way per user licensing tracking where in you would have to map the groups to the subscription in subscription module, my question is more on how can we automate this peice where in if a user gets any business stakeholder license he gets added to the subcription group. is it OOB or needs to be configured

There is no existing functionality comes OOTB, you will need to configure it.
