How to track same day closure tickets ?

Is there any field to track time of tickets ?
the requirement is to track the same day closure tickets and put it on report.

Hi,
Depends on the ticket.
Interaction & Tables inheriting Task table have 'Closed' (closed_at) field to record when the ticket was closed.

For that you will need to report on metrics. and Create metrics if one doesn't already exist
You can also create a report that just has Created and closed date if that works for you.

Hi @Balakrishna_ABK ,
It really depends on how you would like to have the visualization. A single score that is updated on daily basis can be created through the report designer. If you need to see data over time, then solution can easily be done through Performance Analytics by conditions: Created on today and resolved on today.
